If you have an interest in our services, we will provide a no obligation proposal for your review. The proposal will be delivered by email or US mail if necessary. Depending on the county in question, it can take a few days to prepare the proposal. Generally, our fees are based on hourly rates applied to estimated time and delivered in a fixed-fee format.
To request a proposal, please complete the following form with as much information as possible. The more information you can provide about your needs, the better. As the cost of every survey is unique, we do not provide verbal “estimates” in response to telephone inquiries.
Our work frequently takes us in areas of marginal wireless coverage. That being the case, email is always the best way to contact us.

In statute and administrative code, Wisconsin has adopted substantial, inflexible requirements that dictate the elements of a legal survey. As such, the majority of surveys are priced in excess of $2,000.00. It is not uncommon for surveys of larger, rural parcels to be billed in excess of $10,000.00.
